Your Kind Assistance Needed, Pls. Permit me to inform you of our desire of going into a business relationship with you.  Our father was a very wealthy cocoa merchant in Abidjan, the economic capital of Ivory coast. Our father was poisoned to death by his business associates on one of their outings on a business trip. Our mother died when we where babies and since then ! our father took us so special. Before the death of our father on April 2002 in a private hospital here in Abidjan, he secretly called me on his bed side and told me that he has the sum of Seventeen million, five hundred thousand United State Dollars (US$17.500,000.00) left in fixed / suspense account in one of the prime banks here in Abidjan. He confided in me that he used my name (Mathew Jr.) as his only son for the next of Kin in depositing of the fund. He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was poisoned by his busines associates.
 
 That I should seek for a foreign partner in a country of my choice where I will transfer this money and use it for investment purpose like real estate management or hotel management. I have since left the fund in the said suspence account with the view of our making use of it for investment purposes after our education carrier here. But as you may be already aware by now, Cote D'Ivoire is currently at ! war. Rebels have already taken over the whole Nothern part of the country and making concrete efforts towards the capture of the commercial centre of the country, Abidjan, where we are now. For this ugly developement in this country, I have now decided to expidite actions and have this fund transferred out of this country before it is too late to do that. We (I & my younger sister) are honourably seeking your assistance in the following ways: (1) To provide us with a bank account into which this money would be transferred into. (2) To serve as a guardian of this fund since I am only 21 years old and my little sister, Jenniffer, 19 years old. (3) To make arrangement for us to come over to your country to further our education and to secure a resident permit in your country. Meanwhile, we are willing to offer you, 20 % of the total sum as compensation for your effort/input after the successful transfer of this fund into your nominated account overseas.
 
 Fin! ally, as you indicate your options towards assisting us, I want to assure you that the transfer of this money into your account (any where world over) shall not exceed 14 bank working days from the date we receive your comfirmation to assist us. This is because the Accounts Director of the bank where this fund is lodged has assured us of immediate transfer of the fund as soon as we are able to produce the necessary informations. For obvious reasons, we decided to turn down his request to present to us, someone that will assist us for this purpose.
